Melissa is a physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience working with clients who have experienced an acquired brain injury. She is passionate about seeing people achieve their maximum potential following a brain injury and works closely with you (the client) and your family to achieve your goals.
We come to you to offer physiotherapy services in your home and local community. Therapy is tailored to you as an individual, to meet your personal goals and restore you to your best potential following your injury.

Melissa graduated from The University of Sydney (Cumberland College) with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) in 2001. She worked for two years at Westmead Hospital gaining general experience on the wards before moving to the Brain Injury Unit, where she remained on the inpatient team for over 15 years.
Melissa has been working in the community for the last six years providing rehabilitation to people in their home following their injury.
Over her years working as a physiotherapist, Melissa has gained knowledge and skills in the management of traumatic brain injury, stroke, complex orthopaedic injuries, upper limb management, and lower limb amputees. She works closely with the individual and their family to craft person-centred goals, and to design a therapy program aimed at achieving the client's maximal potential.
Melissa enjoys going for bushwalks, reading, and a good cup of coffee.
